5 Ingredient PEANUT BUTTER BARS Easy As 3, 2, 1...

These are SO easy to make, so creamy, so delicious and include only 5 REAL ingredients!

My husband and son both can not have gluten. Thankfully, that's where it ends for my son on the things he can't eat but the list goes on much longer for my husband. One of those being corn and sugar. So making treats and desserts for them can get pretty tricky!

I found a recipe for a peanut butter pie awhile back and it quickly became my go-to dessert. My husband loves it, it's simple to make and it's SO good. Each time I've made it, I've tweaked the recipe here and there until now. It went from a pie with a whole list of ingredients and three different steps to this so simple, one step, 5 ingredient peanut butter bar. You won't be able to eat just one!

All you gotta do is remember 3, 2, 1!

When I first found this recipe it used coconut cream instead of whipping cream - making it vegan. But I HATE dealing with coconut cream. I don't know if it's just me, but no matter how long I leave it in the fridge it's never creamy and just a pain to deal with. So, not being vegan in our family and having no reason to keep it vegan, I switched to heavy whipping cream - making it fail proof! I use Jif's Natural Peanut butter with honey and I use PURE maple syrup.

All you have to do is throw everything in a large mixing bowl and mix with a hand mixer. The whipping cream may take a couple minutes to thicken, so just keep mixing until it's a creamy mixture and not liquid-like. It should be really creamy but more fluffy than peanut butter.

I then pour all of the mixture into a 9x13 pan, top with mini dark chocolate chips and stick in the freezer for about 4+ hours. You can then cut into bars and serve! So easy!! So delicious!!

Let me know if you make them and how much you love them! And don't forget to browse around and SHOP all things kitchen, home decor & more!
